In which standard function module, 'dd41v_wa' is used as an importing parameter. (dd41v is database view on DD04L and DD01L)

Did you find the "where used" search option in the ABAP Dictionary Maintenance transaction (SE11) and when testing this option did you notice the list of object types to search 'used in' (and there are more than 1 FM)

You could also use some reports such as RS_ABAP_SOURCE_SCAN to find the 'DD41V_VA' string in source (but this call will be ressource consuming)
