Find all the SAP Tables when I execute Transaction

Dear SAP Experts,
I would like to know, how to find all the SAP related tables associated when I execute a Transaction.I read some documents regarding the same <b>ie to trace the tables used by the SAP dialog/reports programs use SE30 - Runtime Analysis Tool. </b>

Are there any more simpler methods to understand where the data gets stored in the SAP tables when I execute the Transactions.

Currently , I am looking to understand all the shipment data by running transaction ME23N.

Thanks in Advance

Hi,

Run the transaction with SQL Trace,

The Transaction Code for SQL Trace is ST05.

In this transaction first click on Trace on and go to the respective transaction after completing all the transaction process , return to the ST05 transaction,

then click on trace off, then click on trace list.

With the help of trace list you can analyze the results.

Which tables are involved in that transaction.

In trace mode choose SQL trace.

I hope this will work out for you kindly reward suitable points to me by clciking star on the left side of repy.

Regards,

Irfan Hussain

HY

U CAN GO TO SE49 TO FIND WHERE ALL THE DATA GETS STORED IN WHICH TABLE FOR A PARTICULAR PROGRAM, TRANSACTION, FUNCTION MODULE, & DIALOG MODULE.

Hi,

YOu can also use the transaction SE80 and give the Underlying

Program for the transaction. You can view all the database tables and structures

in Dictionary structures node.

To find the Underlying program for your transaction, goto

System-> status.(See Program name in the SAP data section)

Thanks,

Ravi

Dear Sir,

Could you please explain me in detail the transaction SE49?

It appears to me that this transaction will except multiple forms of input and give you all the tables that are accessed in the particular program, trasaction code, etc.
