Hi,

Pls let me know how we can find out the particular field is locating in which table.

That i do mean Field name BUKAS like , the fields which are coming from in which table.

Hi,

Go to se11, give the field name in 'data type', and search in where used.

U will get a list of tables using that data element.

ABAP Dictionary -> Fields -> Table fields

SE11 - fieldname - press Where used list button.

I hope ur field is BUKRS.

BUKRS is company code, see in header tables

how did u get that name?

u can get the table info from the same place where u get that field name

Hi,

In SE11, in the Data Type give the field name. Display. Then click the where used list ocon. Check for the Tables. It will list you the tables where the field is used.

Hi,

There is no suc field as BUKAS..You might be looking for BUKRS. Please confirm. Bukrs is company code. Tou will find it in table T001.

Hi,

In addition to that, go to SE80, select Repository Information System and then

ABAP dictionary -> Fields -> Table Fields

In the screen, give the field name in "Field name" and execute.

It will give all the table which contains the given field.
