Is there a BAPI function in FI where I can edit and update the SgtXT field in the BSEG table?

Merhaba Tugba,

Please try using the FM FI_DOCUMENT_CHANGE and CHANGE_DOCUMENT.

CHANGE_DOCUMENT is easier to use.
