F4 help for IT0105 fields?

Hello,

I have created a new subtype for IT0105, which uses the USRID_LONG field. I have also created a custom table containing the allowed input values for this subtype.

In ZXPADU PAI I can compare the user input with the records in the table, but then of course you'd have to know beforehand the contents of this table.

So an F4 help would be better suited, I think, but as this is a standard infotype field and there is no search help defined for it, I don't know how I can do this. Anyone have any solution?

What version are you on? Have you tried appending fixed values to the Domain COMM_ID_LONG ?

Hi,

Version is ECC 6.0.

I didn't try that, but I'm not sure if this is a good solution. I think that changing a standard domain so that it works for one custom subtype is not going to be accepted by my customer.
