Exporting Reports from SAP Queryu00B4s in Background to EXCEL???

Hello Experts,

is it possible that a SAP Query Report starts in a Background-job and exporting the Reports to an Excel-file ??

Last step is, that all Receivers got the Excel-list via email.

But how can I realise it?

Need many helps for this PROBLEM.

Now I don't remember which note is, but if you check in OSS note you should find out a note explaining how to download a file in background

I have only find in OSS "How to Download from a Web Query into Excel".

But i think a Web Query and a normal SAP Query is different, or maybe not??

Probably the easier solution is dowloaded a CSV file and then open it by excel

Hello Max,

i have a second question for "SQUE0001".

My Modifications works and i can sending Excel-Files via Mail but can I give the SAP Query some Listvariants?

Because in my internal Table "listdesc" i have allways all columns, but I need for the Screen a option where i can choose a Listvariant for create Excel-Files.

Is it possible??
