Error when navigation from remote ATC check to ECC system

Hi,

We are currently doing remote ATC checks using our sandbox system. When I try to click on the hyperlink on one of the objects, I got this error. I figured this is related to RFC connection when navigating from remote ATC check system to the system being checked. Anyone has encountered this?
