Error on custom segment for outbound IDoc

We have extended DEBMAS with a custom segment below E1KNA1M segment in DEBMAS. When we update KNA1 data and generate the Idoc via RBDMIDOC we are all fine...our document looks good...

Once we edit sales area data we always get the error message:

The segment type &customSegment could not be read fro the message type DEBMAS...no matter what we do...interestingly, BD12 generates the IDoc correct without any problem...only on change pointer creation we have issues...

We drive crazy...has anybody come across this error message B1095?

did you link the message type, Idoctype and extension in WE82 transaction..? and also other setting like partner profiles etc check for extension . since you extended the idoc you need to include the extension.

All settings are in place...we get the Idoc correctly modified as long as we make only changes that affect KNA1 or KNVK...but when we add sales area information it fails....

Do you have some filter for your customer segment in the distribution model ?
