Ensure that all Z-Elements are translated to a specific language

Hi everyone, is there a way to make sure that every Z-Object, like reports and DDIC elements, is properly translated to a specific language, like english

By that I mean things like selection texts, pf statuses and documentations.

Is there a table where those are stored or any transaction which gives me the desired data?
