Employee Photo on Smartform

Hi all,

I need to show HR Employee Photo on a smartform . Could anybody help me out as to how do i go for this?

I am able to display the employee image on a custome screen container according to the respective PERNR.

But how do i call it on a smartform ? Anybody's help will be highly appreciated with maximum no. of points for correct answer.

Hello Dhiraj,

Insert a Graphic node (Right click - Create - Graphic) on the smart form and pass the name of the object in a variable according to the PERNR.

Just go to Transaction Se78 and upload the image from PC to SAP.

and then create a page on smart form ..there u can go to form painter and create a Graphic window and give the filename (SAP file name) of picture tht u just uploaded on SAP.

or pass the name of the object in a variable according to the PERNR

Hi all,

Thanks for all ur replies.Your suggestions were right, but mine problem is that all those employee photos are stored on AcrhiveLink server and not on content server(SE78) . So i cant store those images thor SE78 & i have to load them from Archivelink only.

Hi Deraj,

I got the same requirement to display the photos of students in SMARTFORM that are uploaded using OAAD..

If you had got solved your problem please let me know...

I am searching for this for the last couple of days...
