EKPO-ADRNR with different values

I have an issue with several purchase orders, where the EKPO-ADRNR values are coming up as different for each line item. The line items are for the same material, quantity, customer, etc... but the ADRNR values in the line items are coming up with different values with similar addresses. My question is:

How is the ADRNR value determined?

How would 3 identical lines get two different addresses?

This issue is causing problems on our outbound EDI.

How do you create the POs? Manually, BAPI, SRM, other?

Hello Experts,
I am facing same problem.
The POs are created manually and it splits OBD into two. The root cause for this is 3310234(Delivery split is issued during replenishment delivery creation based on STO).
How can we solve this?
I will be so grateful if someone has a solution for this .I am chasing this from last 2 months.
