EDI: Receiver port in control record is invalid

hi

while creating an IDoc i am getting this error:

i have checked the config also..what am i missing?

"EDI: Receiver port in control record is invalid"

Hi,

Please check your partner profile setup (WE20) for the corresponding message type. It seems your IDoc's control record is not matching the partner profile.

ports must be maintained and i think that's a functional task. You can check WE21 for the ports

Hello,

Check the partner profiles in WE20.

Goto WE20 --> Select the partner which is giving the error -->Select the magnifying glass button .

There you can find the field Reciever Port. Check whether the right receiver port has been given.

it should be port problem ,i mean you gave wrong port number in partner profile..
