Hello Vishnu

When you execute your test script (or test configuration) you can set the start options (tabstrip UI control ). Here you can choose the start mode, e.g. A, E or N.

Hello ,

After the script is created and press F8 it takes you to runtime screen , there in the UI control tab there is one option to specify foreground or background.

In TCD we need to set this sitting explicitly run in the foreground mode .

In SAPGUI script runs in foreground by default.

Thanks & Best regards,

Ajay

I'm trying to run a script in ECATT but by default it does run in foreground in SAPGUI.

How can I make it run in background. The UI Control tab I have does not present me with options to select how I want to execute?

Any help please?

Thanks

Hi Yagnesh,

SAPGUI by default always run in foreground.

You cannot schedule SAPGUI recorded test scripts in the background.

Hope this info helps!!!
