Dunning smart form configuration.

Dunning form is getting triggered for 200client(Testing) ,but it is not getting triggered in 300 client(Main server).

Insted of smart form it is triggering script in 300 client ,

But it is triggering smartform in 200 client.

How to configure it ??

There is no NACE configuratuion for dunning form.

the T-code is F150 tcode (from where this smart form is getting triggered).

Hi Rajkamal,

Go to transaction FBMP ( Maintain Dunning procedure )

Choose
the dunning procedure -> Dunning texts -> Enter company code -> Choose
the type of account type ( Customer / Vendor ).

Go to transaction BF31 - Verify if the standard BTE event (1720) has the function module.

These are the standard function modules available for the event 1720.

 

FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE                -           SAP Scripts

FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_PDF         -           Adobe forms

FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF   -           Smartforms
