Hi all

Theres an error at the point when i am downloading a report to my pc called short dump error. what might be the reason

Hi,

Go to the Transaction ST22 and find the related Short Dump and analyse it,

you will come to know the exact problem for the short dump.

it is difficult to say what went wrong without looking at it.

Hello ,

Its common problem , while doe=wnloading to the PC .

Just check if your are using ALV grid , all the fields are character type .

If anyone field is currency or quantity field .

You need to change the fieldcatalog accordingly .
