Hi,
We have a requirement for audit purpose.
We have to download entries from around 40 tables company code wise(we have around 84 cocodes) into text files based on different selection criteria. We have only 4 days of time to complete this activity. These 40 tables include 10 tables like BKPF, BSEG etc. which have huge no. of records.
This is a one-time activity.
Is there any automated way to download these entries apart from writing a program? Can we use SAP queries or take a dump at Basis level?
Regards

Hi,
go to se11, give your table name, incruse Maximum No. of Hits and execute table based on your requirement. when data is displayed there is option in application tool bar local file, click on it and save in the format you want.
or you can take the help of DBA to do for you
this may help you.

yup..
Naseeruddin is correct.. but if there are very huge amount of data .. the execution will do to dump..
another possible method can be .. directly download from database server machine. no need to log into SAP even :-). but that data will be independent of clients.

Hi,
You can Take the Dump of the whole data in Background Mode
then Go to SP01 and save the Spool List in An Excel File.
