Displaying a date

I need to display the dates in the AY columns. The Start Dt and End Dt is the dates the project is valid for.

Our organizations AY dates are 09/01 (Sept 01) through 08/31 (Aug 31).

If the project valid dates start within the Current AY, I need to display the Start Dt through the last day of the AY, unless the End Dt is before the last day of the AY.

AY 2022 dates are 09/01/2021 - 08/31/2022; AY 2023 dates are 09/01/2022 - 08/31/2023; AY 2024 dates are 09/01/2023 - 08/31/2024;

In row 1, AY 2022 should display 9/1/2021 (first day of AY 2022) - 03/31/2022 (End Dt), as start date is in a prior AY not being displayed.

In row 2, AY 2022 should display 4/1/2022 (Start Dt) - 08/31/2022 (last day of AY 2022); AY 2023 should display 9/1/2022 (first day of AY 2023) - 03/31/2023 (End Dt).

Etc.

People can't really help, unless some details is mentioned such as:

1. where is this process happening ( SAP GUI screen, downloaded excel file, excel mail attachment, etc )
2. You are showing the image of data with shown value, not sure whether it is expected result, or current result ( if current, which part went wrong? )
3. are you having difficulties writing the syntax, or the logic, or other thing else you need help with? (because you sound like you want the code to be written for free to me)
