Dear Suganya,
I am not sure if this works perfectly for your requirement or not. But you can try giving the Activities 33 & A6 in the object S_DATASET and field value ADMINISTRATOR for the the field OFFAD in the object S_OC_ROLE. Also you have select the Communication methods in the object S_OC_SEND.

Please chk out for the auth. object S_OC_DOC & S_DATASET.
Thanks,
Saby..

i would recommend that -first- you use another transaction. take SOSB instead of SOST. SOST is by design an admin-transaction and should not be limited.
if you substiture SOSB for SOST you will be able to adjust the functions that are available by setting configurations in table SXPARAMS.
search the SAP standard documentation and/or notes in service.sap.com on the how-to ...

i am editing this ... just found note 836463 read carefully!!

Hi SUGANYA RANGANA,
Can you please share how you did it?
This forum will not benefit if people just come here to ask how to do something and dont share how it is done.

Suganya closed the thread indicating that Mylene's answer worked.
Where is the problem?
Cheers,
Julius

Can you provide details on how to restrict the access to SAPConnect Administration (SCOT)?
Many thanks
