Hi All,
We have a requirement wherein we need to incorporate digital signature in the invoice.Currently the invoice is been sent to customers through email in PDF format.Our client needs to include digital signature in the pdf files.
I have gone through the following link which details about configurations steps.
But i am not sure whether its applicable to my requirement.
Can somebody please share some information regarding the same.

Hi Kiran,
What we done at our Place is that we are using scaned signature included into our Samrtform printining
but with a check the signature are only visible in form if the relevent PO is released.
and same reoutine and Form can be called via an another ABAP which converts Smartfor into PDf format
we can mail it directly to vendor or Pdf can be attched.
But Main thing is singnature are only printed if PO is realsed

when you go to TCODE NACE.
you will get Routine name and Smartform that is used to Print invoice.
Add scaned signature of signing auth. to your Invoice format.
Now to create PDf you have got two options.
One is Call Same Routine and Smartform from another ZABAP program where you can convert the smartform output into PDF format.
2nd is in smartform setting there is an option where you can generate output in PDf format.

Hi,
In our case SAPSCRIPT, is been used.So, is there a possibility that we can do the above said steps?
Also the customer has requested for digital signature just for ensuring the integrity of data ( & not for source of origin) .
Is there any difference between the way in which digital signature in form 16 work & the way in which uploaded signatures work?

hello all,
Is there any Function module / report available which can be used to add digital signature to an input file (PDF)?
I guess SSF01 is one such report program.But could not find any documentation for it.

You will need to edit the SAPscript (or SMARTFORM) to include your scanned image.

Hi sir,
I am sap-abap consultant.
I got requirement from my company on Digtal signature Req: - when user run the SO PO and form 16 one smartform or Adobe from will be generated in that forms user will sign and after singned from will be send to customers . user using the USB TOKEN in that signature will have that signature should capture into sap . so please suggest me how to read the that signature into sap .Can any one please help me for this .
