i am trying to use DBCON connection to connect to SQL Server, but it is giving error, when i refer <b>OSS Note <b>738371</b></b> it says
"The application server(s) where a DBCON connection is used must be running Windows, and they must have the MS SQL Server DBSL library dbmssslib.dll installed in the run directory. If your database platform is not SQL Server, then this DLL must be downloaded from the SAP Service Marketplace for your R/3 kernel version. "
<i>According to this note, it says that it is relevant for Windows platform , while our servers are running on UNIX platform and dll file is required in only in windows platform not in unix platform .The file DBORASLIB for unix is already installed on the server.</i>
can somebody help me out which DLL file has to be installed and the possible way out to get rid of the DBCON Error.

Hi,
for unix file DBORASLIB should be included - check this. Otherwise service marketplace is supposed to have this file.
