We have Central User Administration running on a Solution Manager 3.2 system. When looking at some users in SU01, some (or even all) roles that exist in child systems are missing.
Doing a text comparison doesn't identify these to the CUA master system. Some users have no role or profile information in the CUA, yet the information is viewable in SU01 in the child system!
Any solutions to this problem?
The child systems include ECC6 and BW 3.5.

Hi,
Have you imported your users into CUA via transaction SCUG? This would import all the role and profile info into the CUA client.

...you can also re-take over roles and profiles in SCUG on the tab 'already central users'

I was able to resolve the problem by copying the users to the central system again. But I am very curious as to how the users lost their authorisation data in the first place!
