Shall we use BAPIs for getting data from external system to SAP system and vice versa ? or is it a single way communication? pls explain

Hi,

BAPI can only be used in SAP system. You can read data from other system using IDOC/ALE/files and pass the same to BAPI.

Please do not use multiple threads on the same topic.
