Convert date in format DATS 8 to YYYY-MM-DD

Hello experts, can I get some advice from you?

I'm trying to transfer dates from an ALV report that are in DATS 8 format to an xls file for download, but I can't find a way to show these dates in YYYY-MM-DD format on the xls file. Please give me some light!
