Convert a spooljob to a writeprotected PDF

Hi

I'm currently working on a report to convert a SAP script spooljob to a PDF-file.

I've tested different setups using the below functionmodules, and the conversion works fine.

My problem is that I need to protect the generated PDF-files from editing, and I can't find any descriptions of how to do this.

Does any of you know, if it's possible to create editprotected PDF-files using ABAP ??

CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF

CONVERT_OTFS

POOLJOB_2_PDF

CONVERT_OTF_2_PDF

SX_OBJECT_CONVERT_OTF_PDF

Regards

Program RSTXPDFT4 does this. I thought PDF files by default were write protected, but I could be wrong.

We defined an outputdevice LOCPDFFILE in SPAD with device type PDF1 and access method F (Print on frontend).

On the windows front end a default printer is defined with driver 'Generic / Text only' and with port FILE.

When printing to this device LOCPDFFILE, SAPLPD is started on the frontend and passes it to windows thats asks you for a file.

Best regards Jack
