Connecting to external service SM59 - NIECONN_REFUSED(-10) DHL API

I want to connect to DHL's external service.

But, when I test the connection I get an error message:

I downloaded SSL from https://api-sandbox.dhl.com/parcel/de/shipping/v2 and imported it with STRUST.

Look like a Firewall problem, read some KBA

• 2582112 - ERROR = NiBufIConnect: non-buffered connect pending after timeout ms
• 3230590 - Erreur : NIECONN_REFUSED(-10) pour un type de connexion RFC \"G\" via SAProuter(s)
