I am facing COE_UNSUPPORTED_FEATURE issue while trying to Create Achievement using Odata API

I am using the https://apisalesdemo8.successfactors.com server instance, but it is working fine with a sandbox server instance. is there a way to enable this feature for my instance or is this an expected API behavior ?
