CL_SALV_COLUMN F4 help

Hi everyone,

im using CL_SALV_COLUMN method SET_DDIC_REFERENCE to set a Search Help for my ALV field.

The reference Z table field has search help assigned.

SET_DDIC_REFERENCE gives me:

DDIC_F4_AVAILABLE = space

DDIC_F4_SEARCH_HELP = space

DDIC_F4_VALUE_RANGE = space.

I've tried with some other table fields and it works.

Is there any specific way you have to assign your search help to a table field?

What could be the problem?

hi if thre is no direct search help for the field its doesnt work fine.So in that case handle using f4 events on f4 or my_f4
