Hi All,

Iam facing one issue regarding chinese characters is not displaying in the print preview of the form. Like Trademark and some other chinese charcters is not displaying in the script-form print preview. Instead of this It's showing # symbol. I've analyzed this issue and found that they are using Chinese printer of character set as Trad.chinese. If i've given any other printer It's showing correctly. Only with the problem is that Chinese printer is not supporting the some characters it seems. So how can I do this as an ABAPER. Is there any SAP notes I need to Implement or Should I configure some Chines fonts to that printer. Please suggest me on this. I've stuck on this issue. Please help me on this

Thanks In Advance.

Hi Sagar,

Whenever you are handling output in different language other than English you need to do some settings on Windows as well SAP

Please do follow the link specified below

Hi Sagar,

If you have taken care of the two settings at windows and sap as shown below you should not face any problem.

Windows->Settings>Control Panel>Regional and Language Option>Language Tick both the checkboxes over there.

SAP->Customizing of local layout[nothing but last button of the toolbar at sap screen->Option--->I18N (Activate Multibyte Function Support)

And then try to logon in SAP and use your transaction.

I think you will not be able to see in print preview stage just take a print out and then check.

Thanks

Sudharshan
