CC 4.0 Crash on Cross system --Help wanted !

When I do a Risk Analysis agaist a single system on CC4.0 ( 4.6 C System) RA goes smooth. but in a cross system -it crashes. ihave donr all post installation steps

can anyone help me out here ?
