Cannot find ZCL_S4D400_STRUCTURED_TYPES

I'm learning ABAP on cloud based SAP BTP. The below highlighted class cannot be found. Have I missed anything?

Can someone help me pls?

the strucktur 

ZCL_S4D400_STRUCTURED_TYPES

is created by an Customer.

Z_ mens Customer Area. You can Created it on you one.

That is right.

But this is mentioned in the tutorial on ABAP by SAP itself. So I don't think this is by a third-party.
