Can't convert date from dec to d.

Hi!

What I'am doing wrong?

DATA: tz TYPE ttzz-tzone.

DATA: lv_valid_from TYPE d.

tz = 'ISRAEL'.

CONVERT TIME STAMP ls_batch-valid_from

TIME ZONE tz

INTO DATE lv_valid_from.

specify time also

CONVERT TIME STAMP ls_batch-valid_from

TIME ZONE tz

INTO DATE lv_valid_from <b>time ti</b>.

can u show what error u r getting??

CONVERT TIME STAMP tst TIME ZONE tz INTO DATE d TIME t.

where:

- tst is ur timestamp value ,

- tz is timezone ,

- d is ur date

Hi Los,

is your Time Zone 'ISRAEL' is it valid, check in the Table <b>TTZZ</b> you have an entry with that Time Zone.
