Dear All,

Anyone knows,

1. How to call an External API ( Active X control -OCX) through ABAP.

2. Do I need an application like VB/.Net in my system to implement an OCX controller through ABAP.

Kindly help me out in this regard. Appreciate if supporting documents attached.

@Vishal,

Do we need VB/.Net to be installed for calling the external Active X Controls?

i.e. for example I need to call a .ocx file present in presentation server from SAP then do I need VB/.net to be installed for this purpose.

can you tell me the custom class that was defined belongs to which version of SAP??
