Budget for PR

while creating the Purchase Req. if my Budget exceeds then the system give the error that the Budget excees by so much qty.

my requirement is that can i get the amount of budget consumed for the PR, for different Cost Center or Fund Center wise.

i hope this cleare my query

Are you on 4.7 or 4.6C or some other version? If 4.7, are you using BCS or FBS?

At what point do you want to know the budget consumption - at PR time or some later time for reporting?
