bgRFC stuck in monitor with status "Unit can be executed"

Hi Expert,

after I called tRFC in my program, i found all entries in monitor not executed automatically.

i have checked note:3099088 - BGRFC units are not executed, everything is ok.

please help.

If you did everything specified in the KBA 3099088, then contact SAP Support, there's something missing in their KBA.
