I have a job in SM37 (ZMYJOB) which runs every day half hourly between 14:00, and 21:00.

It is required that next week Monday 24.11.2014 that these Jobs must not run.

To meet this requirement I am going to go to SM37 on Monday before 14.00 and Delete these Jobs, then Tuesday morning recreate these Jobs and reschedule them.

Is there a better way to do this?

The way I am going to do it i.e. to recreate the Job and reschedule seems a bit longwinded there must be a better method?

You may try this.

Tick the  check box of your job in Released status and go to Change in the menu Job,

Then click on this icon

and change the time (give a time to restart as per your need) shown below

Save  this pop-up and  Save the Job.

Hi Glen,

Copy existing job and keep new copied job in Schedule status.

And delete any release jobs.

Once you again want to start job just release it.

Regards,

Ganesh.
