Hello,

I am doing a BDC recording of XK02 transaction. I have used the "Use Central Address managemnent" checkbox to update email and other fields. The issue is that even if there are no changes in the  Vendor value the BDC shows the log as "Changes were made". The issue happens only because of the

checkbox "Use Central address Management". Without that checkbox if there are no changes the log is simply " No changes were made". Does someone know how to fix this?

You could read master data, compare it with your input, and call BDC only when your data differs from master data.

Thanks Manish. That would mean lot of work.Isn't there any workaround or any oss notes for this?

It really isn't a lot of work. A select query and some field comparisons.
