can any help me out from that object

i am very much new to sdn , adn bapi also

i have to add new segment

as follow

Create extension ZE1BPOBDLVITEMRFO (optional) to segment E1BPOBDLVITEMRFO

With fields

ZTERM CHAR 4

AUTLF CHAR 1

DELSLOT CHAR 1

my idoc type:-SHP_OBDLV_SAVE_REPLICA02.

MESSAGE TYPE:-SHP_OBDLV_SAVE_REPLICA.

OBJECT NAME:-LIKP.

METHOD:-SAVEREPLICA.

CAN ANY BODY TELL ME THE STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE
