Bapi to add line items to an already existing Inbound Delivery

Can somebody give me a BAPI / FM for adding one or more line items to an already Inbound Delivery.

BAPI_INB_DELIVERY_CHANGE Change inbound delivery.

I tried it already, it can only change the existing line items but not add new line items.

Any other BApis in your mind.
