BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE - Suppress Popup Window RFC

We are executing BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE via .net and we are able to change QTY's on Sales Orders that do not have a custom Popup Message.

Question is - how can we suppress this Popup Message from .net? Is there a flag in this BAPI? Or should we be adding another BAPI to do this?

Question would be... what triggers that popup and from where. Is the popup an error message?
