BAPI for proposal packing in tx. HUP1

Hi gurus,

I need a BAPI equivalent to tx. HUP1.

HU creation is solved with BAPI_HU_CREATE, but I need one for proposal packing before of this step. BAPI should get Material, Quantity and Plant, and should return the proposal according to the Packing instruction assigned to the Material.

Pablo or anyone else, do you have any solution for that? So how to create Handling Unit according to packaging instruction in ABAP code or in Module Function. I am looking for any solution since 3 weeks and I can not find anything.
