Assign Rolles ABAP

Hello Guys,

I want to write into a programme where I assign roles and permissions to HR workstations. Could someone tell me how I could do this or are there other solutions and approaches? With which basis is this possible?

Your question is too much general. I think you should expand your question a lot more, to explain the business context, the exact business requirement, the technical environment. Currently it's very vague.

I would like an indirect role assignment via HR workplaces using the organisational structure in my company. I am currently writing a programme that automatically creates workplaces for each employee. Now I have to think about how to fill the workplaces with roles, which should run automatically.

I don't understand HR workstation. Do you mean workcenter? Is it SuccessFactors?

NB: I let other people answer because I'm not familiar with SAP HR authorizations.
