Archiving HR time records based on employee number and date

Hi SAP Gurus,

I doing archival for the object PA_TIME this object refers to PCL2 table, the key fields of the table are RELID, SRTFD AND SRTF2. I want to archive the data based on employee number and date, but this table doesn't have those plese fields. Is there any way to archive records of PA_TIME object based on employee number and date.

try archiving the data using the transaction PU22.

Create ur own group and test with it. With this approach u can user personnel number for archiving.

1. Define your own archiving group

2. Assign personnel numbers to be archived

3. Execute the HR archiving steps

4. Finally Archive the data

You will find all these steps in PU22
