Solved: anyone know what is the tcode for profit center ??

i want to create a cost center but i need to have profit center first right????

because it seem keep asking me for profit center and i dont have one..

pls anyone can tell me the tcode for profit center

Before creating any Profit Center Master Record, we have to create Profit Center Group. Profit center group means, the Group which contains or assigned with one or more similar profit centers for reporting purposes. Profit Center Group can be created through T code KCH1 which you had mentioned. While creating profit center group, you have to give the PCG Code & description. The similar profit centers i.e. the profit center which will come under one Profit Center Group can be assigned to the profit center group through t code KCH2 (Hierarchy to be created). So while extracting the Profit Center reports, by giving the profit center group in the field, you can get the report against all the profit centers which were assigned to that profit center group. Under one profit center group you can assign one/ more profit Centers or Profit Center Groups (This will be like tree structure).

i have create the profit center group and the profit center.

profit center group :=> mypcg

profit center : => mypc

but when i try to select the profit center i just created.

it tell me profit center mypc does not exist in controlling area 0001

however my profit center group is under 0001

how to solve this error ?
