Hi all,

Is it really necessary to create a GUI_STATUS while working with ALV trees.

Can we work with out creating GUI_STATUS.

Yes you can go without that incase of tree ALV.

Hi Haritha,

Yes you can work without creating the GUI_STATUS for the ALV tree. But incase you need to additional functionality then you have to create either your own GUI Status or Copy an existing GUI status and change it.
