I want to create alphanumeric external number range for equipment that system should allow to create following numbers.
A-A1R9
A-DP1CDZ15
A-DP1ME1CDZ29
what number range should set in OIEN.

Just, create an external range. Is your actual requirement related to some pattern, naming rules?
