Hi All,

since i installed Windows 10 something very strange and disturbing happens.

There are some days (then not every day) my sap sessions, including the Sap Logon, are killed by a random combination of key button. Most of the time with the combination "Alt + Tab" but sometimes also with others combination... randomly...

Has never happened to some of you?

Do you have any idea what colud be the problem?

It is a very annoying problem in those days... 😕

Thanks a lot for your concerning.

I think the keypress is coincidence, it sounds like SAPGUI crashing. Please check patch level and update if necessary, and/or reinstall SAPGUI.

Hi Mike,

thank you for your answer. Keypress combination it's not a coincidence. It happens exactly at that very moment. Never happen while i use sap in normal way like pressing button or functionality inside the session...

However my sap gui is updated at the last patch level... i think there is some program/software installed on my laptop that has some incompatibility, but of course i cannot begin to remove all my programs until i do not have problem anymore....

I get this on odd occasions too - SapGui is at latest level and I haven't been able to figure out what triggers it except that it is always a multi-key combination.

Sorry, I didn't mean the timing was the coincidence, but the key combination is. In other words pressing or clicking anything could potentially trigger whatever bug there is. I've seen it a few times too: all SAPGUI windows just vanish without message or warning.

Of course the latest patch level doesn't guarantee it's bug free. Still, it's probably worth a try to reinstall SAPGUI.
