Good day all,

I have ADT v3.34 installed and cannot fetch the feed for ABAP runtime error from SAP S/4HANA OP 2021, although I tried a different query.

Could you please suggest if there is any missing configuration need to be done?

My account is assigned SAP_ALL profile.

Here is the screenshot from SAP system viewed by AiE

Thank you.

Hello Pham,

what happens if you perform a manual refresh? To do that you can just right click on the feed and select 'refresh'. Are the dumps shown after a manual refresh?

The screenshot shows last refresh 11:50 am. ST22 shows times up to 12:30. Assuming they are in the same time zone (which is not certain) it would mean that the feed was not refreshed for 40 min.

Best regards,
Armin

Hi Armin,

I doubt that the timezone is also a problem. The local time in AiE is behind the SAP server for 1 hour. After testing, I think it's not.

because I also tried with the filter to get the date/time to be greater than the current local time when the runtime error happened but the results also didn't fetch the data.

Here is the new setting I configured today:

Is there any troubleshooting guide that we can follow? Please advise

Hello Pham,

1) What happens after triggering a manual refresh?

2) What happens if you remove the filter completely? (= Fetch all dumps of all users in the system). But please keep the page size at 50, then it fetches only 50 dumps at once.

Best regards,
Armin

Edit: I think there is no troubleshooting guide for this
