Hi,
If you just want to do the standard ABAP development techniques, you need to be looking at the following:
Core skills:
BC410 - Programming using dialogues
BC425 - Enhancements and modifications
BC414 - Programming database updates
BC401 - ABAP Objects
Nice to have skills:
BC406 - Advance list processing
BC412 - Dialogue using enjoySAP controls
BC490 - ABAP performance tuning
There are obviously loads more courses but many are specific technologies where it depends on your companys specific requirements (SAPscript, smart forms, java, BSP etc). Also if money or number of courses is an issue remember although many of these skills are essential, especially the core ones you dont necessarily need to go on the SAP courses, there are many books which might teach you just as well. http://www.sapdevelopment.co.uk/training/books_abap.htm
Reward points if found helpful....

go to the pub, have a beer and chill?
I can't believe I didn't score any points for my contribution here!!! Weird, really really weird.

Wouldn't it be better to make a complete academy?
I made the courses TAW10 & 12 and there were many BC-courses included and you get an great overview
