ADT for Eclipse - compare with - problems with german umlauts

Hello,
I have problems with the german umlauts, when i use the function "compare with" in eclipse.

I connect me to the development system an display a source code. All is fine - all german umlauts in comments are shown correctly.

The same situation, when I connect me directly to Q-System - all german umlauts are also shown correctly in source code.

BUT: When I use the function "compare with" (right click in the source of development system - compare with - select the Q-System-connection) the german umlauts are encrypted in the version from Q-System like this:

Has anyone an idea what can be the root cause for this problem? I haven't found any settings for encoding and "compare with"-function !
