Hello,

I noticed that ADT 2.60.3 are listed in the Available Updates in Eclipse now. Unfortunately, I cannot download it since I have "insufficient access privileges". Is this upgrade officially released and this an issue on my site?

Never had this problems before.

Regards

Tobias

Hi Tobias,

does the problem still exists?

I just checked, I didn't have any issues.

Hi Thomas,

I was able to solve this by myself. It was apparently a windows security issue. I upgrade to Windows 10 recently and I guess this was the reason. Starting eclipse as administrator solved it.This was not needed in Windows 8 as far as i remember.

Thanks for the hint.

I will try it on one of our Win10 installations.

Hi Thomas,

I also changed the authority of my user regarding the eclipse installation directory:

I think this is sufficient and you do not necessarily need administrator rights. I am not sure if this issue was actually Windows 10 related. I don't know if I had write access to this folder in my former Windows 8 installation.
